Hey guys! Welcome to my little corner of the internet here! If you haven't guessed by now, my name is Sam. Wow, bet you couldn't figure that one out.

So you want to know a bit about me, right? Okay, here goes.

I'm twenty years old, born and raised in southeast Wisconsin, kind of by Milwaukee. I have four younger sisters that are my best friends. Really, I don't need much else. I have two dogs: a Boxer/Jack Russell Terrier named Harley and a West Highland Terrier named Westie. My parents divorced when I was 7, and I now have the most amazing step-mom ever. 

I am currently in a long distance relationship with my high school sweetheart, Dan. We've been together on and off for the last three years, and we're in a very good spot right now. 

Where did I get my blog's name, you ask? Simple: It's my name. My middle name is Skye, and I think it sounded cool as the name for my blog. I guess you could say I'm a lifestyle blogger. I blog about my life, and things going on in it, things that inspire and motivate me, things that make me smile, and things I think are worth sharing with the world.

I strive to keep God number one in my life. I wouldn't be anywhere good without Him. I'm a dreamer, I'm a Disney fanatic that believes fairy tales can be real if you believe they can. I try to find the beauty and good in everyday life and I aim to be someone worthy of God's love.

When I'm not blogging or pinning stuff on Pinterest at work, I'm at home with my family or kicking my own butt at the gym. I'm one of those girls that likes to hang out in libraries and who usually ends up bringing home a stack of books that I do manage to finish by the time they're due back. I love movies, I probably spend way too much money at the movie theatre. Not to mention I am a kick-ass quoter. Seriously, name a movie, and I can recite the whole dialogue back to you, with sound effects. Shakespeare and Poe are my best friends, and yes I do have huge books consisting of all their work.

Now you know more about me than you probably ever wanted to. Sorry for that. But don't be shy!
